Ethox International is one of the largest fully-integrated contract medical manufacturers and service providers in the United States.
Founded in 1966, Ethox International was one of the first contract manufacturing and sterilization service providers in the industry. In 1989, the company extended its capabilities and opened the Ethox MMC facility in Erie, PA, dedicated to 100% Ethylene Oxide sterilization services for the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.
Our STS Life Sciences Division was formed in February of 2005 when Ethox acquired STS duoTEK, further expanding the company's capabilities in toxicology, analytical chemistry and microbiology. The STS Life Sciences Division now oversees all operations at our Ethox MMC EO sterilization facility as well.
Accuracy, quality, timeliness and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to us, and to our clients. Our quality assurance unit oversees testing and production.

Ethox International operates facilities in NY State, Pennsylvania, and China.
Ethox International Headquarters
Our Buffalo, NY headquarters houses our leadership team and customer service center. In addition to our corporate offices, it is also the site of our US contract manufacturing operations and our hospital products group.
Ethox STS Life Sciences Division
Located near Rochester, NY, our STS Life Sciences facility provides microbiology, reusable medical devices (Validations), biological indicator, toxicology/biocompatibility and steam sterilization services. The 24,000 square foot facility in Rush, NY includes an 8,000 square foot vivarium.
Ethox MMC Sterilization Services Group, Inc.
Located in Erie, PA, this 30,000 sq. ft. facility provides 100% Ethylene Oxide sterilization, packaging and testing services.
